By the time you read this Front Page the number of dead from this catastrophic event could have risen well beyond the estimated 130,000 it now stands at. It is too late to help the dead but the millions of survivors in the region urgently need our help.

In case any of our members wish to help here are some links compiled by forum member Piquant to the various aid agencies offering relief in the tsunami stricken areas. If anyone has any other links of benefit please post in the forum. Monetary donations are preferrable as often it is cheaper to purchase relief supplies in the country rather than incurring shipping costs.
